1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 Apologies were received from Llyr Huws Gruffydd and Julie James. Mark Drakeford attended as a substitute for Julie James.
2. Inquiry into energy policy and planning in Wales - Evidence from Renewable UK Cymru, Tidal Energy Ltd and West Coast Energy Ltd
2.1 The witnesses responded to questions from members of the Committee on energy policy and planning in Wales.
2.2 Mr Jewson agreed to provide written information on the consenting of the Tir Gwynt development and on West Coast Energy’s experiences of consenting arrangements in Scotland and mainland Europe.
3. Election of Temporary Chair for 1 December afternoon meeting under Standing Order 17.22
3.1 The Committee elected William Powell as Temporary Chair for the afternoon meeting on 1 December.
